Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party provider operating that tool. Labette County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Email and Contact Messages
If you email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
